I came to Attorney Justice's office because I was passing through Long Point and I requested their services to prepare a QDRO. They seemed trustworthy to me and that is why I paid in advance for the service and also because I was going to leave the country. I explained to them that I needed to give myself some time to assimilate my divorce situation. At first they seemed very friendly and professional, until it was time to work on my case, from that moment on they no longer answered my WhatsApp messages (an option they gave me to communicate because I was going to be out of the country), they also do not answer my emails; I asked a friend to call the office's direct number to find out about my case. The secretary, Cinthia, always tells her that she is busy and answers second-minute calls at lightning speed, as if my case did not matter and gives information without making any head or tail. On one occasion, the secretary Cinthia suggested to me that my divorce case was due to infidelity and she gave me to understand that on my part, I believe that at that moment she crossed a very delicate line in my private life. They do not give information about the progress of the case, the truth is that I am having a lot of headache and stress with the services of this office. I don't know if Attorney Justice is informed of everything that is happening, but for me it is very urgent that my case move forward due to economic, family and health issues.
